The Story So Far

It started with a simple frustration. In Sydney, 2022, we watched talented creators get lost in spreadsheets, undervalued by brands, and left to navigate a complex industry completely on their own. We knew something had to change.

So we built Kara Talent around a different idea: that the best partnerships happen when both sides genuinely care about each other. Not just the metrics. The people behind them.

We protect our creators' freedom to be themselves while building brand relationships grounded in honesty, strategy, and long-term thinking. That is the only kind of growth worth building.

Today, with teams across Sydney and Istanbul, we are proud to work with creators and brands who share our belief that authenticity is not a strategy. It is simply who you are.

How We Got Here

2022

A Garage in Sydney

Two people, one idea and a lot of coffee. Kara Talent was born out of the belief that creators deserved better support and smarter partnerships. We started small, said yes to the right people and built from there.

2023

Istanbul Opens Its Doors

Turkey had one of the most vibrant creator communities in the world and we wanted to be part of it. We opened our Istanbul office and immediately felt at home. The energy here was exactly what we had been looking for.

2024

50 Creators, Meaningful Global Connections

The numbers grew but the approach stayed the same: personal, honest, and intentional. With 50+ creators, 30+ global brand partners and 120+ campaigns, we still treat every new partnership like the first one.

What Comes Next

New markets. New formats. New ways for creators and brands to connect meaningfully. We do not know exactly what the future looks like but we are building it with the same mindset we started with: honest, curious, and fully committed.
